Affirmations can help you have an awesome day and improve your self-esteem. Sometimes we all need a little pick me up. If you start using affirmations throughout the day, you will feel a huge difference.
Put them in your phone, on your mirror and write them down over and over they begin to feel real–you become more positive and confident about yourself. And that can totally changes your vibe, you will start to feel happier, secure, and you’ll attract that from others too. Here are some of my favorites to use throughout the day.
Everyday Affirmations
You are so very worthy. You are! If you try to accept this and want to feel worthy of all that, your day can bring you change. Think: “I am so very worthy.”
Your energy and your mood are contagious. Make your mantra: “I am full of positive energy” or “Others pick up on my positive vibe.” You never know what others are going through, so do your best to be the the bright light in their dreary day.
Pick your emotions like you pick out your clothes. What do you want to feel today? “Today I will choose joy” or happiness, love, positivity, confidence.
Don’t let anyone steal your happiness today. That means brush off the negative people you encounter and try to see the “assignment” in everyone and each experience. Look at the beauty in your day not the ugliness that comes with negative experience.
This is one of my personal favorites. No matter the goal, the feeling, or the thing you want now in life, start your day with this rockin’ affirmation.
Post these on your social media pages, send one to a friend, inspire someone, write them on your mirror or put them in your phone (and set alarms) and let the positive flow throughout your day.
Here are a few more!
xoxo Em
