Crystals have the power to improve your mood and shift your mindset, which will ultimately improve your mental health. The problem is, there are so many out there that it’s hard to know which ones to start with. People often ask me, “Emily, is there a crystal for____?” From mental health issues to relationship challenges, even attracting more money or a new job, people want to feel better and more in control of their lives.
Crystals can help, that’s why we created a guide for picking the right gemstones: Gemstone Guidance: our new Crystal Quiz over at Rock Your Worth. Want to know which crystal is right for you? This quiz will guide you to your gemstone formula for feeling better fast.
Crystals Can Help Your Mood and Attitude
Every morning, I pick my crystals based on my mood and what I want to feel during the day. If I’m anxious or worried, I’m likely to pick Onyx or Smoky Quartz to add to my stack of bracelets on my wrist or put one in pocket. I know they have healing properties that keep me calm and secure. When I’m feeling down, sad or in a bad mood, I grab Green Moss Agate or Rose Quartz. Both of these heart healing gemstones are said to help improve one’s mood (find out which crystal can help your mood by taking our quiz here). Crystals have energy and so do your thoughts. Whether your into gemstones or not, having a visual cue, one that has meaning and purpose for you can shift your mindset and improve your mood.
How Crystals Help with Your Mental Health
In my office, my clients are encouraged to hold a specific crystal to help them with whatever they’re struggling with. From Selenite for calming energy to Amethyst which reduces worry, patients can use crystals as a tool to feel better while engaging in therapy. They can also take them home and use them to help shift their mindset back to their goals and feeling better. We even have curated kits that I’ve tested with clients to help them feel more positive no matter where they are.
When you set intentions you realign your mind with what’s important. While crystals and intention-setting won’t do all the work for you, they can help you get more motivated to achieve your goals in any area of your life.
I really love working with crystals and my clients do too. While crystals are not a replacement for therapy or seeking a medical professional’s advice, they do provide meaning and can be powerful tools in your journey to transforming your mood, mindset and life. If you want a tool that reminds you of your goals, improves your mood and provides you with comfort, try taking our quiz to see which one is best for you.
Share your results with me here or on social media. I’d love to hear which crystal came up for you and which gemstone align with your mental health and wellness goals.
Take Good Care,
Em
