It’s National Suicide Prevention Week. On this week, for my Facebook Live with HealthyPlace, I answer questions about suicide, depression and any mental health questions in general. Let’s get started.
On my second Healthy Place Facebook Live, I answer some of the questions you’ve been wanting to ask about getting the help you need! Whether your questions involve suicide prevention, depression or just mental health questions in general, watch my Facebook Live above for some advice and your questions answered. And don’t forget to send in your questions for next week’s Facebook Live.
So how does it work? Some people sent in questions earlier in the day and, I take some of your questions during, while Live as well.
Need more resources? Please don’t wait. For the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, call 1-800-273-8255. They are always there 24/7. For more links to suicide prevention hotlines and resources, go HERE. Please know: If you feel suicidal or you’re in a crisis situation and need immediate assistance, people at these suicide hotlines in the U.S. are there to help.
Join us in two weeks. We’ll be doing another mental health FB Live on September 27. 7p CT / 8 ET.
